So, yeah, today I went snooping around at all the relays and fuses in various places on my baby... and notice one of the labels - Seat Heaters. SWEET! I thought... cept I don't have a switch for em :P Why would I have a fuse for something I don't have (and yes, the fuse is installed)

I always thought it went like this;

1 fuse block & 1 wireing harness for all vehicles of that year/model wether they have the accesory or not...

 

this makes production simpler and more cost effective when they were made.

on the bright side you should be able to get a swich, timed relay and heated seat and the wires will be there for you.

Generally I belive most 'newer' vars are wired and have fuse blocks for if they have every option imaginable thats avalable on it. Add desired option, plug into already existant wiring, add switch,fuse,& or combination of relay and you now have that option.
