Carefully pry it up with a plastic putty knife. It "locks" into the metal of the door on the window side but the clips will pop loose fairly easily. It can be easier (at least on the fronts) to have the window rolled down.

What about the trim around the back windows? Not the door but behind that. With that goofy plastic trim all the way around it that likes to come out.

 

Is that easy to replace? Mine is hanging out right now.
