TRANSMISSION

so when i went mudding and got stuck i came out with a transmission problem,.. there was a small dime sized ole where the transmission links to the engine. not a big deal i think. leaked a little oil but i didnt understand why i lost what i thought was oil from the tranny. well havent had any problems you could hear it spitting out a times. but now i hear it worse.. cant afford to replace it what can i do here.. and how do i check the fluid in the tranny.. never done that before.

Is it an automatic or a manual? That's a very important piece of information...

If the oil leaking is engine oil, rear main seal is leaking.

If the oil leaking is Gearbox/transmission fluid, Front seal is leaking.

its a manual... and i dont have your number man... i'll be in lehi after 2 tomorrow and all day sunday.. i thought to call you but i mut have erased the email with your number. so i'll pm you my number and just call me please... i'll meet you whenever where ever. but i need to find out what i can do to fix this so i dont ruin it. i know im already pushin the limit on it.
