adamzan
If it already has an aftermarket stereo, chances are it has the adapter, but if it doesn't you'll need to go and buy one.

GreyAliens
I asked recently and was told to search but also got some great advice right away. Here is the scoop, the factory amps will work with your aftermarket stereo but if you leave them inline then you cannot crank your stereo up to much as the amps ALSO amplify the sound and you will get loud music (good thing) bad thing is as you increase the sound in your aftermarket stereo the sound will become distorted. Most folks say wire your stereo straight to the factory speakers and if you got the funds upgrade the speakers. Some folks will use the existing amps with stock or aftermarket speakers and use the sub out to wire a separate amp for their bass. anyway run a search and they have lots of stuff, links to diagrams, pictures, etc.
magregor
I think that the factory amps in our trucks (although they are Clarion Amps) are only about 30 watts/channel...at least that was the wattage of the one I saw in both of my pathys that was located in the passenger rear quarter...not sure about the other amp (as I am told there are 2)
