excuse me if this is in the wrong forum, this is my first post, i have had my pathfinder for over 2 years and put over 60,000 kms on it and never had a problem until now, driving along one day went to shift gears pushed in clutch pedal and POP! no clutch but truck is still driveable.

Now my question is: on my 1993 pathfinder XE, 5 speed,is the slave cylinder external or internal on the transmission?

i did my best to look through the forums to try and find help, no luck!

i go to a similar website for my other car and im hoping you guys on here are just as helpful if not more helpful

Thanks,

Nick

Right side of the transmission, about a center position. There is a rubber flex hose goeing to it. Grab a light and a creeper and you should be able to spot it. 2 bolts hold it to the tranny, 1 for the flex hose.
