I need to find out for a friend who just had me put a lift and tires on and he didnt know he would need new gears so he is now trying to get some.... and i am trying to save him from spending $500 on the wrong parts... nismothunder Posted May 15, 2009 Share Posted May 15, 2009 (edited) Dead sure buddy.Every jeep with a 4 banger that I've ever seen has come stock with a 30 and 35.Also most cherokees I've seen have had the same combo with a 4.0 being the man diffrence.But if you feel like looking it up you can google it and come with the same response.Also you can check out the jeep magazine web site or 4wor.
