shouldnt be too bad...i'm going to put one on my 87 here very soon...pull the headliner out and mark your cross supports (I marked them on the inside glass then transposed them to the outside glass...the way the OEM roof rack installs is with rivnuts so you drill the outsides and pull the rivnuts in place but i'm thinking about using either a dome nutplate or a screw/bolt setup but with the screw/bolt you have to drill a hole in that cross support to access the nut to tighten the screw...you want to place the mounts of the rack on these supports to give a decent load path...I'm actually planning to incorporate some additional supports
