HydroCeramics
The Yacolt Burn is an area of forest east of Vancouver, WA and north of Camas/Washougal. The Dept of Natural Resources are opening up the area as a four-wheeling park that will eventually be similar to Browns Camp or Naches. A work party is scheduled for Sept 27th. It's important, not only to pickup the area but also to show the DNR that an ORV park would be used and is needed by us. Flyer below has all the information. Also, a 4x4 cruise-in is scheduled on Oct 12th sponsored by Woody's 4x4 in Vancouver. Again, it's important to show up and show support so the DNR knows we're serious. Thanks, see you there! HydroCeramics
Here's the flyer for the cruise-in. It's important to show up here too as the DNR will be there to answer questions about the new Yacolt Burn trails. Show some support, let's get a legal 4x4 park in SW Washington! silverlion
Does Washington require an OHV pernit like Oregon? I have a NW Forest Pass. I would be more than happy to show my support!
5523Pathfinder
I dont believe so. I usually go wheelin in the Capitol Forest area and never used one or seen anyone with one. Even came across a Forest Ranger and he never said anything about it.
