MY1PATH
I recently emailed 4x4parts.com asking them whats all included in their 2" bodylift with the intent of going and making my own 1" BL. "Thank you for your interest in our products. If 2" body lift is to tall for your need we can make 1" body lift for $100.00." I thought this was pretty neat and may go with that instead of making my own. I just thought I'd put that out there for any other oddball who might be looking for just 1"

flnl
What seems funny to me is that the 3" BL is much cheaper than the 2"
MY1PATH
Why only 1"? To each his own I guess, I chose 1" b/c -I don't plan on running really large tires (33 & up) -It allows a little more ease of maintenance (not as much as a 2") -It exposes just enough frame in the front for me to weld cousom brackets for my SMITTYBILT -gets the body above the frame a little more -SOMONE short doesn't wanna have to jump to get in (after I finish 3+1 wouldn't be as bad as 3+2) Edited August 6, 2008 by MY1PATH
GrimGreg
Don't go 3" on the SL...besides, it will be hard to get the full 3" in the front, and will cause extra wear on parts to have it cranked that much.
