bitemedoughboy.com
ok, my '87 vg30i pathy is doing something funky. it runs ok but if you try to accelerate too quickly it stumbles and misses bad, and it puke raw gas out the exhaust. the strange thing is i get no codes from the ecu ive replaced the o2 sensor, it has new plug wires, the cap and rotor are good, i checked the trigger wheel for any crud, the injectors are both @ 1.3 ohms, cleaned the AFM and cleaned the connection, checked the TPS, tried 3 different coils, fuel pressure is good, spark plugs are clean. i dont know what else it could be unless the ignition module on the coil is bad, or maybe the plugs are just crappy but they only have been in there a few months. somebody help me!!!! im getting about 8 miles to the gallon, and i cant afford it. i dont want to spend too much money on the ecu/fuel system because im swapping in multiport injection and ecu from a 300zx (with 200sx plenum) as soon as i get my 280Z on the road. Alkorahil
Bad plug or plugs? ignition coil? Fuel filter? distributor cap? distributor rotor? any or a combo of those could also cause it.
