artrix
hi i am thinking about buying a 1991 terrano 2.7 turbo diesel and am wanting to know is are they the same car as the pathfinder of the same vintage. ie running gear and other mechanicals. im in australia and the terrano was imported and not supported by nissan australia in regards parts but they look like a pathfinder and they seeem to be similar in running gear to a navarra. any advice would be gratefully recieved. TerranoNZ
I'm 99% sure they are the same beast. Though I'd like to find a rear shock from a Terrano to put next to one of my old Pathfinder ones. Reason: when I ordered shocks for my Pathfinder I asked for "3L V6 Terrano shocks" and when they arrived they were 1" shorter
88pathoffroad
The 4-cylinders got smaller brakes (not 100% sure on ALL models and years) and some of the mechanical provisions that the 4-cylinder pickups got, but the V6 and TD versions should be pretty damn close.
