They might stick out just barely past the flares with 31's. 4" BS is better, but it'll probably be OK. 1/4" isn't that much to be concerned with. It would be even better if you could possibly lay a straight edge across your wheel well and then measure the distance out to the edge of the tire? I would greatly appreciate it.
