stripped spindle mount on frame or bolt

Worked on my suspension lift today and everything went smooth except the very last uca when I asked my brother in law to break the bolt loose with a breaker bar and he decided to take it all the way out with an impact wrench. Im guessing that he was pushing hard on the impact wrench. It didnt strip the bolts tightening it but loosing the darn thing while the bolts inside the threaded part of the frame in reverse. Tried to screw it back on and it just wont bite.

 

I looked at the bolt and 2-3 threads are stripped. I have another set which are good but havent tried it yet coz my truck was left at the shop overnight.Im headin back out tomorrow to try the new bolts and hoping that its just the bolt and not the threaded mount on the frame that is stripped also.

 

Just in case that the threaded part is stripped what is the best sollution in this case to mount the uca back on there?

I had the same issue. Snapped off a UCA bolt, as it was seized in there. Ended up drilling both holes out, and running heli-coils. Been in a year, with no issues, and now I have grade 9 bolts in there as well, as the place I went to were out of grade 8.
