2H and 4H only...

On my transfercase shifter, it says 2h, 4l, n, 4h But there is only two positions that it can go into. 2 wheel drive and either 4h or 4L i cant tell. Any idea what is wrong here?

nothing wrong with the truck Have an owners manual? it's in there

 

You have found 2H and 4H (trust me, you would know 4L if you were in it)

 

Put it in 4H then push the stick down and pull it back for N and 4L

^nailed it...i accidentally found 4L 1 day i was wheeling and leaned over to get something and pushed down on the stick and it dropped into 4L and i was like OHHH it does work...i've never used 4L (except for that 1 time my buddy that has a kick ass trans am wanted to see how much it pulled in 4L which i could def tell a difference) but then again i never really do any rock crawling or have been in a position where i needed the extra torque

had the same issue with my jeep........ push the stick down and back.. lol
