Finally got my rims but having a hard time deciding whether to get 31's or 33's.

Im pretty happy with the way it looks right now but Im still going to do the SL. (calmini UCA and JCG coils)regardless.

Im having a hard time deciding whether to go 33's and do a BL also. This means upgrading my TBar and doing a L&P upgrade also.

Couldnt compare a 33 with the 31 coz they dont have it in stock. Looking at some of you guys pics with a 3+3 and just a 3 I kinda like them both as far as looks.

not doing any serious wheeling but Im just a bit concerned that if I go bigger tires and doing a BL itll screw the ride big time..

Give me some suggestions guys WAVEY

Another question is Do I have to take my factory flares off if I decide to go with the 33's?

-thnkboutit- I think that set-up you got there looks good are those the 31"'s? If so I think it looks really good. Even with a couple more inches of lift those tires will still look good. That is just my opinion, I think what you have to look at is how long you plan on keeping your truck. This being said are you going to buy 31"s then realize that you want to go ahead with teh body lift and wish you had bough 33"s. You said your not doing too much wheelin, well if you go with 33"s and the SL and BL then I think your ride will suffter a bit and your MPG is going to plummet. I hope this helps, I am not saying either way to go bigger or stay smaller all I am saying is think about what your truck will be doing for you in the future.

Those are 31's Zb.

As far as my MPG not too worried about that too.I drive probably 10 miles per day running aroumd town and sometimes not at all.

My other concern is towing with it being high. Im planning on putting a hitch and tow a small trailer to tow some building materials.I do my own house renovation :D

If you do a BL & SL,, go with 33's. If you just do one or the other, go with some 32's. Also, if you do a SL, you dont need to upgrade your tbars, most people stay with the stock tbars. Aftermarket tbars wil make the ride more stiff. And I had to trim my front flares a little bit. But you might be alright if your not going to offroad it. For the towing a trailer thing, you'll have no issue, ive towed a few small trailers, not a big difference.

i have 3+3 on 33's.

I really don't see the need for 33's if you don't offroad it much. 31's do GREAT in more places than you'll care to go. 33's will give you less power and worse fuel mileage, and then your steering will need parts...the list goes on, you know? When I get some extra cash I'm buying a set of 31's for around-town driving. 33's kill me on the street.

I personally think you should get the 31's. They are just more practical than the 33's. Also, I agree with Pave on this one, all black only looks good on occasion. If you really want black, have you condsidered the soft 8's?
