DJ Dank
I am planning to do the rears myself and have someone do the fronts. From what I've read it should be relatively simple. Question: Is a rear alignment necessary after doing the rear? I know it is up front when installing the lift but what about the back?
RWC5S2
I did the AC lift on my 2003 Pathfinder and there was no need to do anything to the rear. Only the front and you do need the camber bolts.
DJ Dank
How many bolts did you end up buying? I've heard some people not needing any, some people picking up 2(1 per side), and some using 4(2 per side). Found some Ingalls from Summit that are a pretty good deal. 88pathoffroad
I didn't think it was possible to align a solid rear axle.
DJ Dank
LOL thats what I thought but I recall reading somewhere at some point that it should be done.
RWC5S2
I ordered the bolts at the same time as the lift kit. Think they were another $20.00 and only needed 2, one per side. If you add any strut spacers you might need longer camber bolts but verify with the experts at NPORA. I want to add spacers to my rig but kinda fear messing up the CV joints/angles/etc.
4x4le
dont buy any. If it needs the bolts, the shop will be able to install theirs and they will probable be cheeper than ac sells them for. I have 1 per side and they are only 1.75" adjustible unlike the 2" ones that ac carries
