Roof rack solution? roof mounted lights

I have a 95 that does not have a stock roof rack rail assembly and I was wondering what might be a good solution to this problem. I want to put lights on the roof basically with as few holes as possible. Seeing as how most after-market systems require a gutter to attach to, there are not many options. Any ideas.

Mine has Yak racks on top with a bar bolted crosswise on top for the lights.

If you don't want to do any drilling to mount the light bar, Carr and KC make bars that'll mount to pathys, not cheap though!

Rust was developing under my roofrack rail and was slowly eating holes in my roof so I had to remove mine. The roof rack is held on by 4 or 5 screws that thread into an expanding rivet type thing. I plan on replacing those inserts with some heavy duty type wall anchor in the future.
