Best bet, either pull it out and look for a model number, or head to your local auto parts store, and check their records or have an employee check their computer.

I've done both. The problem is there is nothing printed on it (or if there was, it's now worn off) and the auto store has nothing in their computer about it.

 

But (just thought of this one) maybe the Nissan dealer would know, I'll give them a call.

Yeah....that'd work. I know here, at Canadian Tire, they have books in the aisles with all the interior lights used in popular models.....figured the same would apply in US auto parts stores.

They have those books here too, but for the '01 pathfinder clove box light there's just a " - ". Doesn't help much.

 

I called the Nissan dealer and they have the bulb for $9. I've always thought $3 for those teeny bulbs at the auto store was bad but how ridiculous is that. He gave me the part # but I don't think it's gonna help since it's not like the # system they use at the stores.
