How do I remove this from my signiture area

That just tells you if the moderators don't like you. The higher the number the less they like you.

yeah i got the same problem - have to take off the dealer sticker. I forgot to tell them not to put it on.

That's your user info area, not the signature area. Everyone has a Warning level indicator. If someone misbehaves, a mod or admin will give you a warning and the level will go up 20% at a time. 5 warnings and you can't post any more.
