QX4 Steering Wheel on a Pathfinder

I have a 2001 pathfinder. I would like to get a woodgrain steering wheel. The QX4 has a wood and leather steering wheel. Are these interchangeable? Will my pathfinder airbag fit into the Qx4 wheel?

what year qx4? R50 should fit no problem.

I would get the same year QX4 steering wheel. 2001. Thanks for the confirmation. Ill keep looking for a steering wheel to match my tan leather interior.

Thats quite an operation, expecially if your still using an airbag. They should be interchangeable, but to me, the work is not worth it if your just going for looks. If it aint broke dont fix it

In 1998 all U.S. vehicles got a smaller airbag, so go 1998+ if your truck is a 1998+.

 

The 2001 QX4 had a wood wheel but the old-style airbag cover. They changed in 2002.

Thats good to know. So if I have a 2001 Pathy I should look for a 2003 QX4 steering wheel so my pathy airbag will fit.
