eppdog
My owners manual says capacity should be 21 1/8 gal the most i've put in is 16.5 gallons and my gas gauge showed it on E but the light did not come on. thanks in advance
tmorgan4
Our gauges show that you're "empty" when there is still lots of gas left. I've driven with the gas light on for almost 2 weeks (80 miles) and still never run out.
vengeful
Total fuel capacity is 21.4 gallons. The gauges are a little fuzzy in these....sometimes mine will read on E and only take 14, but sometimes it'll take nearly 16 when it reads 1/4 tank. I go by my odometer. OR99.5Speed
I'll drive with the light on for about 30 miles and fill up with 17.9 gallons. I've never put more than 18.2 in. The light does come on WAAAY early.
eppdog
ive been averaging about 16miles to the gallon so i guess 300 miles would be a good point to refuel otherwise i seem to be refueling at 240-

I only get about 170 miles to 17.8 gallons in the city. On the highway at about 80-85 MPH it's a 280 mile tank.
RedPath88
Wow. I only get about 170 miles to 17.8 gallons in the city. There is something wrong there... that's only 9.55MPG
OR99.5Speed
There is something wrong there... that's only 9.55MPG I know it...I won't hijack the thread though...my city MPG sucks. A lot of it is that it's all city driving, nothing over 45 MPH and tons of stop signs.
