Yep, you crank the torsion bars and you can get 1"-2" of lift IN THE FRONT, but it plays hell with your alignment/steering. If you want to lift it much more than that the generally accepted solution is to get new [longer] UCAs to allow your front suspension to be realigned to spec. For the rear you'll need new springs. Your choice of those.
