  2. I was wondering if folks using the Monroe Monro-Matic Plus shock (the cheapy blue shocks PN ) could post their reviews about them. I can get a pair for the rear for the price of 1 Rancho RS55112 shock. I have no shocks right now and I need to get the truck Road worthy ASAP to pass inspection. 3. That's awesome! Any pictures of the donor vehicle? I wonder if it was a member here.
  4. Recieved notice that I need to move my pathfinder or get to registered and inspected since I cannot leave an unregistered vehicle parked outside. Crunch time to get my pathfinder running again by Monday. Fugggggg.
  5. I have the same punch set. I need a brass set too. I am Dreading doing mine.
  6. Well after calling around it looks like Nissan discontinued the pump bearing race 31429-21X03 and others of that series. So your best bet is online transmission parts sellers. I was lucky and found one at Cobratransmission.com. I hope they have as their website lists it and my transaction went through.
  7. I ran into a snag a while back. I didn't have an accurate way of measuring endplay so I spent a whole day trying to come up with something and yet couldn't get an accurate measurement. I wished I had kept the broken thrust washer so I knew what I had in their prior to teardown. Regardless, I still had to fork out $125 dollars for this simple gauge to measure endplay. I placed the order yesterday so I should be getting the new race and thrust washer next week. Bearing race measurement Clearance for thrust washer Calculating my options.
  8. sounds like a cracked ripped rubber boot if you're feeling the heat. Great for winter but sucks for summer.

  10. My wife wants me to get rid of mine. It's an eyesore for her.
  11. It's not installed there. The plug just conveniently sits with the transmission plugs.
  12. I'm leaning towards knock sensor or bad ground for the maf sensor. It's pretty common.
  13. You said thst you already unplugged the o2 sensor and it wasn't the issue.
  14. Just remove screws holding in trim around the cluster and then remove bolts holding in Guage to get to the backside of the cluster to replace the burned bulb for your indicator.
  15. Remove the seat and open the cover of the economy and take a look to see what happened and assess the damage. Not a common issue and yours is the first I've heard of.
  16. I'm kind of stuck right now trying to figure out a way on how to measure the total endplay and clearance for the oil pump stator to reverse drum as well as stator to bearing race. I'm trying to avoid having to buy all the races thrust washers and guess if it fits like it should LOL. Hopefully Rob (Alkhoril) can help with the parts. All I have is a digital caliper so if you have any other intuitive ideas, I'm all ears!
  17. Perhaps you are looking for the wrong thing. The red black white wires are your o2 sensor. The rest of what you need is on AT-36. You're looking for the inhibitor switch harness Ana the solenoid harness along with temp harness at the bottom.
  18. Fixed my Harbor Freight torque wrench. It sounds like a manly clicker torque wrench now. Lol it was not clicking anymore since I backed out the spring too far allowing the clicker thing to rotate inside.
  19. You're best bet is to verify with the FSM. http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/Pathfinder/1994_Pathfinder/at.pdf
