so their using pathfinders as speed cameras/pursuit vehicles? Makes sense considering the vg30 has make the engine of the year chart without fail for the last 10 years or so i believe, correct me if i'm wrong.

O rly? I thought the pathfinder and terrano were virtually teh same just different market names. If anything i thought the 3l V6 Terranos were called pathfinders. Someone of knowledge enlighten me

Is it just me or is this engine like missing off any records in the world? Wikipedia fails to mention it was even involved in the pathfinder project, and i'm trying to correct it but i can't even find any specs on the fugging things :@ Thats shady, anyone got any idea why its so scarcely mentioned?

What is the stock exhaust? Do you have problems with back pressure etc, considering the vehicle is NA?

Stock standard wd21 no lift First upgrade i wanna do is mud tyres and i have no idea what to look for, im told it will probably run 31's Someone please enlighten me and explain to me what i'm looking for in tyres, quite new to the 4wd scene.

I have no problems at all with the shifter on my 1991 terrano r3m. No graunches, grinds or screams when shifting. So is that quite rear lol?

It's a 1991 so it will be the affected gearbox, so does it sound like the same problem? Think i should just load it up with MTF to increase the life of the gearbox?

Heh you could always try the old freezing faeces and then grating it allover the interior of the car or somewhere where its gunna stink to high heaven The valve removal idea is good too, if you don't get into doing icky stuff liek that lol

jealous tossers i tell you. My mate had an s13 silvia that was done up. worth about 20 - 30k and the same thing people get jealous and use their keys to their @!*%ty lil honda citys to do damage to decent vehicles.

Hey. I have a 2.7 Turbo Diesel with the Manual 5 speed gearbox. The one in question i believe. I have a slight whine in 3rd gear only and its quite quiet. Do you think its the same problem and if so do you think its too late?

I have a 1991 Terrano r3m Turbo and yes i have that knob in the exact same place and yes it is an idle speed controller from what i gather. I know if you have a diesel engine and you are operating hydraulic equipment or something you need to increase the idle speed with the control in question. So the engine doesn't stall out. Maybe for using winches or something i'm not too sure to be honest.
