  1. Welcome to NPORA bud. That sport suspension switch does work, but you probably can't feel a difference because the shocks are completely worn out, or maybe have even been replaced with after market shocks and then the switch wouldn't be hooked up to them. As far as the rocker panels, I've seen a couple threads on here about that. I think I remember someone using diamond plating, you may have some luck using the search feature. Lets see some pics of the truck when ya get a chance.

  2. Hey everyone, I'm looking for some pics of WD21's running 255/85R16 (34x10.5) and how do you like them on your pathy.

    Thanks

    JP

You set on this size or how about 285/75/16 34x11.25.

  3. :aok: Your right about that.

:itsallgood: I'm not trying to argue.

Just pointing out that the RC/JGC lift might not be as cheap as it once was.

At $275 for UCA's and $200 for springs + $150? shocks your gettin' up there.

and don't forget steering NONE of the "kits" include a HOOHAA centerlink ;)

Imo no one should be paying 200$ for springs, especially if you're going used. Hell I bought my 4.5-5.5" bronco lift springs for 110$ brandnew.

  4. TTT. Still have no idea how to mount this thing.. so for now it's electrical taped to my door frame... talk about ghettro. Especially embarassed when my girlfriends parents saw it, first time they see my truck and I've got some contraption coming out of my fender and taped onto my door. Wow, a real winner.

But my bumper sticker explains it all, including my redneckness "No Pavement, No Problem". XD

    I LOLed. Good stuff.

  5. 3/4 to 1" uca bumpstop gap is good, that way you still have some downtravel.

the reason you didn't hit after craninkg 3" out of the t-bar is bcause they have sagged from age so your first 1" was prolly back up to stock and the other 2" is just more :).

as for the alignement issue take one of your uca blolts out and bring it to a bolt shop or specialty hardware store ( using a diferant vehicle of course) and get 4 longer bolts so that the alignment shop has enough bolt to give you a proper alignement. about a 1/4" longer should be enough (thats what I got) I don't know how long you can go b4 bottoming out on something.

anyway 4 of these should run you about 30 bucks, put them in yourself and the alignment shop should be able to get you aligned just fine.

I believe the bolts you will want are m14 1.50 pitch 70mm long. These are the bolts I just used to fix my alignment.

  6. Watched it earlier, they pulled it up and it rolled of the lift rig. Guess it went straight to a J-Yard afterward.

Front clip still looked good, lol. Was alot less involved than I would have thought. Float it, winch it on to that rig, tilt the rig, tow it off the ice. Pretty cool really. I wonder what that whole operation costs?
