I went through all of that on my 95. It turned out to be an $20 dollar ignition switch that was easy to replace. The sheet metal. I looked at a 2wd truck this afternoon and you are right about not being flared as much. The trucks around here are easy to find in the Pull Your own Parts and the Pathfinders are getting hard to find. Jim

Thanks, I had everything covered up using my torch and welder getting the broken exhaust studs out. I went back and uncovered the flange and the was just a metal donut ring in it and I pried it out with my pocket screwdriver. Both gasket and ring were in the box, and I did not know which one to put back. JIm

In the manifold kit I ordered the flange gasket has a metal O-Ring. Does it go on top of the gasket or below ? Never used one like this . Jim

Can you use MT-90 on a Pos trac rearend? Do you add any additive to it after the change ?

Will the studs need to come out of the manifold first? Or can I just remove the nuts and leave the studs in. It looks like there is not enough room to double nut them. Jim

I ordered the 140-V5004 and they are 8 x 1.25 not the 10 x 1.50 studs. what is the correct number. ? Jim

Thanks!!!! Can the manifold be pulled without dropping the Y pipe and taking the left side loose? Since the manifold has studs in stead of bolts how can I slide it out?

On my 95 Se I have 31x10.50r15 tires that needs replacing on lego rims. I would like to go to 32x10.50r15, with stock height or 2 inch lift would I need to trim the flares ? Jim

fleurys , When installing your spacer do you leave the rubber spacer on the bottom and install your spacer on top of it? I have 31x10.50r15 tires that needs replacing and would like to go to 32x11.50r15 on the Lego rims. Do I need any lift for the 32's ?

On my 95 Se were can I get a couple of 1 inch leveling spacers for the coil springs? Are the springs 5 inch OD and 4 inch ID ? Jim
