  1. Unfortunately I don't have a front gear box. But it did trip the abs light. It's not being driven until I'm finished. Got the rear springs and lift spacers on last night. Looks pretty silly right now...stock up front with 2" lift and an extra 2" of tire height on the rear. I'll be finishing the front Friday night and putting on the new tires and alignment Saturday. Just for my own curiosity;why does the off balance tire size create ABS issues? And thanks again for your input guys!
  2. Duly noted. Thank you sir! I'll post some pics if i can figure out how.
  3. I'm starting to lift my 2000 PF. 2.5" front and 2" rear lift spacers. Also replacing old worn out springs with Moog stock replacements. I ordered some 1.5" wheel spacers for the front in hopes that I won't actually need them. Mounting 265/75R16 Falken Wildpeak AT tires. Already have the rear tires mounted on the old stock suspension( They sqeeze in but there is a slight rub when hitting bigger bumps at speed). There is no way they'll fit up front w/o making some room. I'll be starting with the rear this evening. Are there any surprises I need to be aware of? Any advice is greatly appreciated!!! Thanks, Ryan
  4. Seafoam has always been a great product...versatile too!
  5. I found a set of 2 Eibach 30mm wheel spacers for $125. Or a set of 4 no name made-in-China ebay specials for $80. As sketchy as a part failure would be for something like this, I don't know if it's worth the risk to save $170. I don't need them in the rear. The tires fit with my 17 year old squatting stock suspension. After replacing the springs and adding 2" lift spacers there'll be ample space back there. But I would like to maintain an even track width front and rear.
  6. Roger. Any suggestions on quality wheel spacers? I don't really like the idea of using them but it sounds like a necessary evil to squeeze these tires in. What was originally a really cheap set of tires is quickly becoming more and more of an expense. No signature showing on my end. Link? Thanks again!!
  7. Wheel spacers/adapters or the lift spacers?
  8. I got a really good deal from the tire shop on a set of Falken Wild peak AT 265/75R16. I am currently running a stock truck. I will be installing a 2.5" Front/2" rear spacer kit to get more clearance. The rear fit without any issues under normal road driving. As for the front tires, I know I will need to finesse the inner fender to remedy the rubbing at full lock. My concern is clearing the strut with the 265 tire width. Will this tire clear without having to add wheel spacers? (Stock 2000 SE 5 star wheels) I know this seems to be a heavily covered topic but I can't seem to find a definitive answer. Thanks for helping a new guy!
