I have an 88 SE V6 w/ manual tranny that was supposedly recently rebuilt. Since ive had it the speedo is 7-8 mph off ex: speedo says 65 my gps speed says 57-58. I'm thinking the tranny rebuild may have some thing to do with it. Also the tranny is hard to go into 1st and 2nd gear when you first start it up. Any thoughts on both? Its called a taillight converter or amber turn signal converter. Universal part that gives any vehicle a pigtail that uses separate turn signals (amber). Basically a box that wires into everything on one side and a 4 way flat (pigtail) on the other Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

I knew something wasn't right about it. Haven't had a chance to jack it up and adjust it yet. Thanks for the measurements. Its pretty clean. Has about half of the issues all of them have: small rust spots under back seat, headlight switch issues with only 1 bright coming on. Also I'm pretty sure that's the original spare on the back. I actually have a tool that may work. Its made for removing 3m tape that holds things together. Just to separate them. If u think it'll work. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

The guy I bought it from said he adjusted the torsion to stock specs. I suspected he was not correct. Its very bumpy ride. So they may need to be re indexed and or some shocks. Not sure yet. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

If a trailer has a 7 or 6 way round plug. It has trailer brakes. You can get a decent brake box for less than $100. Most boat trailers don't have electric brakes. Honestly I think most things that have electric brakes are too heavy to be towed by a Pathfinder. Sent from my XT1585 using Tapatalk

I've had an 88 Pathfinder SE-V6 for a few weeks. Clutch has been fine. Today suddenly I had half pedal then all the way to floor. I have black fluid at the master on the driver firewall and the slave on the pass side bottom of the tranny looks to be leaking around the boot.
