  2. Well I tried to get in aligned and one place said I needed $1400 worth of repairs first, but a family friend's shop said it was close enough to aligned that it's not worth messing with. As far as my tires being \ /, no one knows why? I'm thinking new UCA's anyway and a steering stabilizer. If my center link is shot, will a SS still help at all or even possibly be necessary? Are my ball joints possibly messed up and/or needing replaced? Thanks guys!
  3. Well hey guys, just lifted my pathy about 3" a little while ago, and now my front end is a little loose and my tires are closer at the bottom than the top. I know everyone says with too much lift you need new UCA's, will that correct my pigeon toed tires? Also, some of you talk about steering stabilizers, will that tighten my steering back up? Just some things I need to look into before I have to drive back to college at the end of the month. And if I do need new UCA's, I can call rough country and get the ones for the same year harbody (94)? Thanks guys! You're always a lot of help!
  4. Well I do want the protection, but I'm not looking to spend that much right now. Looks like I'm caught in a catch 22. I don't think I need a LOT of protection, but I don't want something that's right up against the body. Well guys, thanks for the help. I may see if a friend of mine can custom one up for me.

  7. Thanks for the websites, found a good roof rack, but I'm wanting more of an all black grille guard (not bull bar) and maybe one with a push bar. Thanks for the help guys!
  8. Hey guys, where can I find the best prices on a safari roof rack and a good grille guard. I like the one on 4x4parts but I've heard from you all that it's over priced. I can't seem to find a cheaper one, and don't know if there's is even a good quality. Also, I got stuck for the first time yesterday and quickly realized I need a tractor/high lift jack and a shovel and axe. I had the bright idea to try this little mud trail I'd heard about when it has been raining here the last couple weeks.... yeah I'm brilliant right? Well that was my first real off-road adventure and it sure was one. My boss, who drives a F-250 4x4 diesel came to get me out and he got stuck too. It was a fun 5 hours getting us both out. But anyways, thanks in advance for the help guys!

  16. I plan on doing a body lift AND suspension lift. I was referencing my SL though. I know BL's have nothing to do with shocks, but I'm looking at JGC coils and a t-bar crank. I've found some NEW JGC's for $20 that should give good lift since they're not old and saggy.
  17. In my further searcing, I've found some Trailmaster SSV's that say they're for a 89-92 Pathy with 4" NP43 Trailmaster lift and then a 86-96 with 0" lift. What's a NP43 TM lift? And what's the difference in the 89-92 and the 94 Pathy's suspension? I'll be lifting the pathy soon about 3" and didn't know which shocks I should purchase. I'll put the LINK here so you all know what I'm looking at. Sorry about this on going subject, just since I can't afford them for a few weeks, I have to to make sure I get what I want. Thanks all!
  18. Where in OK did you get that check up? I live in OK and need to get mine checked anyways... and a FREE inspection would be best!

  20. Statikuz: did you ever find out about what the shifter and t-case extensions were? I'm going to be doing that lift soon and hadn't noticed that until now and it makes me a little weary of doing it as well. Let me know if anyone's found out about that and how extensive it REALLY is.

  24. Ok, thanks, well then I've narrowed it to 3 now with that info.... RC8000's, Trailmaster SSV's or KYB Gas a Just. Any suggestions? And thanks for the info thus far! And 87 Pfinder: do you have a lift at all with those Gas-a-Just?
