$45 is a great price I'd say... I was looking for one from an xterra but was more than pleased with a stock unit for $20. Ok nunya....I realize your SuperMod and I suck. Please lock this thread or hell delete it and I'll refrain from ever hitting the start new topic button again. And no I don't search tomato "man". I used potato and saw absolutely nothing regarding junkyard scores... And if there is a junkyard score thread, I'd like to read through it so please pm me a link after tossing this one. Thanks.

So I thought this might be a good idea and I searched first and didn't see another like it, if I just missed it toss a brotha a link. Remember we are a respectable bunch here so post what you got at a steal of a price, not what you stole from the junkyard... we all leave there with some little piece unpaid for but lets not brag about that part... I'll start!!! I ran to the junkyard just to see what they had and boy did I leave happy. I scored a mirror for the passenger side that got broke a few weeks ago, I got the rear cargo light lens, the rear wind spoiler for above the hatch window and ....a full complete adjustable roof rack with the cross bars and everything along with a couple small parts for our chevy for a grand total of $41.31 I'm stoked!!!! Now I get to put it all on... that'll be a couple weeks away though. Whos next??

My 96' just hit 244,000. Thing runs smooth and sounds great. I'm very impressed.

So since someone already brought it up....and didn't get bashed for it... I have thought about welding my diff. being a 2wd with an open rear that I like to treat as a 4wd, I believe welding it would greatly improve my chances of catching some grip when off camber or hill climbing. Has anyone here done this in a 2wd???

So I just found hub centric adapters and for 85.00 for 2" out the door I thought it was a good deal and just placed my order.. I was a bit nervous about the lug centric ones I listed above and though these were a bit more than I wanted to spend I figured it was worth it to have the security of hub centric and hopefully avoid the wobble issues I've read about. 2" is larger than I wanted on my 2wd but it will all be transferred to the 4wd once I get one. Thanks AZ, I'm hoping to buy them this weekend. May be a dumb question but what's the downside of lug centric vs hub centric? Aren't most vehicles lug centric?

Awesome, I checked the members map and the closest looked like Red Bluff. Maybe we can take the trucks out someday. My wife, kids and I (and usually a dog or three) are always looking for a reason to take an off road drive. Dogs love the back of the Pathfinder. Here's one of our pack in the back..

It says the hub bore is 108mm, should work, right???

So I picked up a set of these wheels and they have 285/70r17s on them. Got what I think was a great deal off C-list. I've been running 31x10.50r15 with the stock wheels with only slight rubbing issues during full lock turns. I was not expecting these to fit but I figured I would try it on anyway, the fronts slip on to the studs Butthead the strut before it will seat on the rotor, the back fit just fine it's close but they fit. I am currently watching a set of wheel spacers on eBay hoping an inch and a half should be fine up front and leave the back without spacers. Has anyone ran a similar set up? I am looking to lift it 2-2.5" a bit later and hoping to fit 33s. I love these wheels! I will post pics after work.

I know this thread is aged, but I thought using it would be better than starting a new one. I am looking at buying some wheel spacers off of ebay and was wondering if these would work? They don't need to be eccentric, correct? I hope it's ok to post a link I am NOT affiliated with the people are trying to sell anything either these are just the ones I'm looking at buying. I have a stock height 2wd with stock wheels running a tired set of 31x10.50r15s with a small amount of rubbing on inner fender at full lock. I'm planning on a 2" spacer lift from 4x4 designs, xterra supercharge wheels with at least 33's, 1 to 1.5" spacers up front (should pull them away from the strut enough, info on this would be greatly appreciated) and some minor fender trimming if needed. Here is my current set up.
