i have got same problem. There is no waggy axles in europe. but i have got vg30 engine! i dont know if i can use Patrol GR y60 2.8td or 4,2td gearbox? i think there can be a problem with different RPM of diesel vs. petrol? do you know? thx, Tom

I have got this manual but dont understand this scheme. Unfortunately i havent got any drum braking car before is there someone who has got photo of complete brake? Or can explain steps how to? I tried instal it like on manual image, but with a lot of fails..

Hi, i changed wheel bearings on rear axle but now i have got problem to install rear parking brake. It is wd21 3.0 v6 with rear disc brakes and parking "drum" brake. Is there someone who can explain me instalation of parking brake? (with images will be better) i dont remember how it was before

i found an auction of one wagoneer there in europe.. My link is it good for SAS? he says that it is 1989 but dont reply to my question abour diff side edit: it has 5 wheel bolts- maybe it isnt "right wagoneer axle" for sas?!

Hi, iam from czech republic and iam thinking about SAS on my 91 v6 pathy. there is nobody who has front axle (j. wagoneer dana 44, 1980-92)for sale in europe. But someone from germany offer me a jeep j20 dana44 front axle (1981, gearing 3.73). is it same like wagoneer? he says that the only difference is bolt pattern. thanks, Tom

sorry but i dont understand this instruction is possible to tell me how to? i have got this setup.. (last thing i try, was.. 30TDC on crank, insert distributor rotor- setup on their marks (5th image), move crank back to 15TDC and tighten distr.rotor screw) 1 2 3 4 5

diff and cv joints boots are not installed yet.. today ill take boots from shop and try to install it

solved- a3 1,9 tdi: dimension 26x86x130mm

today we instal the engine in, with no problem.. we opened cv joints by plug side- more power needed (thx OlBlue), but my carparts store sell me dimensionally wrong boots.. i think there is diameter 27 and 87mm, and 103mm long.. in the Czech Republic is difficult to buy right dimension boots- is there someone who knows some other cars with dimensionally same cv joints boots??

today removed front diff for a more place when i want to reinstall the engine.. but have another problem-> how to change inner (diff side) cv joint boot kit?????

is there someone who made bodylift at home? i want to make 3 centimetres silon blocks but dont know the shape of supporting surfaces.. have you got some technical drawing to make it right?
