    Finally..sheet metal + RTV silicone sealant + 2 hours prep work and now i have an EGR block-off plate! Now i let it sit for one hour and see how it does with the EGR fully disabled...

      you wont notice much, i think my mileage improved a bit and throttle response, otherwise it will run like stock :P

      i only did it because mines been powerless because of crappy diaphragms and low power..and..its still not fixed...time to reopen the no power thread..
