You are just trying to help these guys out.

With the engine running? I just walked out to my driveway and shifted into 4-lo and back without moving the vehicle. I had to make sure since it has been months since I've done it.
-
Do you have your transmission shifted into the "N" position?
-
Trying not to laugh as I too found out the hard way.
*sigh*
*edit ..
You must have the transmission in the "neutral" position when going into 4-lo (the info is on the back of the drivers side sun visor)
-
Yeah i thought i read some whet that the newer ones were bigger so its like a break up grade but I'm not sure
Might be some truth to that. The facelifts did move up to a 16" wheel ..
*edit .. then again, I have retrofitted 15" steelies on mine. I ended up having to shave the corners of the calipers when I had the brake pads replaced.

Banned for calling me out as a "hater". I'm bald and happy!! <<< see?
-
I believe so. I've fitted various suspension parts off of a '96 Pathy (j/y find) on to my '99.5. The major changes were merely cosmetic.
-
I'm glad you found us! Sounds like you already know your way around a truck and what you are looking for in one. I'm already looking forward to your build pics.
-
That canoe makes it look really ligit! Then again, I'm a fan of the white Pathy's (or is it "Pathies" )
-
Yeah, this month's theme is flex.
C'mon folks. I want to see your flexing! Let's try this again. I wanted to endorse X but, I'm going with me because I can .
Devonianwalk.

Well nuts.

I am interested in plasti dipping one of my other cars. Judging from your pictures, I am really looking forward to your method.
-
Howdy neighbor! Having owned so many Nissans, I am sure that you will find a lot of familiar parts inside the cabin and under the hood. It seems like you have a well maintained Pathy for sure. Have fun wheeling!!

From what I've read, the wiring harness is in place regardless if the fog/driving lights were installed on the factory line. I want to recall that the harness is either green or brown? Either way, I would be more curious if the fuse was installed if the option for the lights were available.
-
I'll give you $800 for it today. That would be doubling your money!!
Sounds like you got a really great deal. Hope everything works out for ya.

Banned for being way too thorough.

No problem. Most regulars just call me DVW.
When I first mounted my rims they fit within a Gnat's behind. Two years later, I had to replace my brake pads and they didn't fit!! Thankfully, my buddy is a professional mechanic at a local garage and he made the decision to "kiss" the edges with a grinder. So, it would seem to me that you still have a lot of life left on your brake pads!!

Yep, these wonderful trucks have "bottomless" tanks.
