  1. yes those are all hooked up but the plug i took the pick of fell down and landed on my new headers so i need to go to the junk yard now also i rewired the fuel pump so i can drive my pathy since it is my dd. i pulled the fp relay and ran a new wire with a fuse so it still turns on and off with the key. it runs good but i think i need to move the dizzy 1 tooth because it is cranked to one side as far as it will go
  2. where dose the ground wire that comes out of the alternatoe harness hook up ?

  4. the 12 volts i was getting at the plug was phantom if i test the the plug with just the test leads it showes 12 v buut when i held the wiers on the test leads with mi fingers it had no power so im thinking there is no power at the plug. also where do i find the fsm for a 92 oldest one i can find is 94 thanks
  5. there is one plug on the drivrs side that dosent seem to have a home it is a 2 wire plug with a litle metal clip to hold it on but i cant fint the other end anywhere. this is starting to drive me nuts. oh and i did some more testing and i was only getting phantom voltage at the plug so can some one tell me how to jump the fp realy. i tryed to swap the 2 green relys and nothing seemed to be any different. thanks guys

  7. hello all i have a 92 and im dooing a vg33 swap the problemi am having is that my fp wont turn on. i get 12v at the plug for 3 seconds like i should with the fp unpluged an probe on the fp positive and negitive spot on the plug but when i plug it in nothing happens. so i drilled little hples for the 2 wires for the pump and sodeed the wires direct bypassing the little plastic nubs on top of the sending unit and still nothing. so then i ran a wire up to the batt. with the fp pluged in and put power th the pos. wire where sodered it back together and the pump will run and the pathy will fire right up and it runs great. so any i deas why this pump will not turn on? oh yeah the fp i brand new
  8. how do you fix the repaired wires. there was some corrosion on the pos and neg waier for the pump so i unsodered them and drilled a small hole for the wire and sodered the wire back togeather and i still have no powe to the pump. and when test the plug for the fp i get 12v. for 3 seconds and then it shuts off. but when i lpug in the fp i get nothing. i did put power direcy to the pump with it pluged in to the harness(i put a jumper wire where i sodered the wires together) and the pump runs and i can start the truck. any advice would be awsome thanks soo much guys
  9. hey guys im going to go get a fuel pump now but i was wondering if there is a relay for the pump i checked the fusr and it was fine im asking because i am missing the relay cover under my hood thanks for the help guys
  10. ok so checked and i dont think that my fuel pump is working so i guess it wasent my tbelt that sliped it was my fuel pump that went out. i guess i really didnt need to go vg33 but it will have more power now
  11. ok so i got the spark figured out. i had the wrong plug in the coil, but it is not getting fuel. I put a little gas in the intake and it fired. The plugs that seem to have no homes are a little green 2 wire with a clip one that in the same as the coil and 2 more little 2 wire plugs with the clips. so i am wondering if one of these is for the injection systen or fuel pump thanks for all the help guys i did try to tdo a search last night and didnt come up with any thing oh ya and i will try to get some pics up too
  12. hello everyone so i am getting to the end of my vg33 swap and i seem to have some plugs with nowhere to put them and i am using all the 3.0 eletronics. i turned it over last night to see if it had spark with my spark tester between the coil and the dist. so i was wondering if there is a relay for the coil. thanks guys i really hate trying to figure out eletronics
  13. hello again so i am trying to get a list of parts that i will need to replace on the vg33. so far i have parts to get from nissan t-belt kit, front and rear crank seal. and from local auto store i have to get water pump, all acc. belts, pan gasket, intake gaskets, t-stat/gasket knock sensor, maf?,tps if you guys can think of anything let me know because i only want to do this once thanks for all the help so far guys
  14. well the vg33 should be here this week i also ordered a 6 bolt puley adpt. from mr. 510 so i can use all me acc so if any pne has any tips for making the swap go smoother let me know thanks
  15. has any one heard anything bad about the pacesetter headders? i was thinking just run those for now till my exgaust goes bad again. it has been loud as long as i have owned it and i use it for hunting in the fall and it would be nice to have it quite it is also my daily driver
  16. thanks the only thing is that i just bought a neyw factory style exhause with a cat so will it be pointless to pay that kind of money for the thorly headers? i mean will it restrict the flow too much and thank you for the info on the injection system im just wondering because the engine i bought has the harness and ecu with it
  17. so i am dooing a vg33 swap since my enging just blew the t belt. will i need a ecu tune or will it run with my stock vg30 tune also can i use a A/T ecu on a M/T because i am getting a jdm vg33 with harness and ecu? Or is this tuned chip somthing you will be selling in the future?

  19. hey thanks for the link. i am going to do the mr.510 adapter pulley . i was wondering about headders i would like to put the doug thorley headders on but all the ones i find say they dont fit with a 5 speed tranny. And a big ? i have is do i use the injctors from the 3.3 or the 3.0?
