  1. I built both of the bumpers and looked forward to using them again BUT the wife didn't like the look of the front one??? But that is ok, I have another Pathfinder project for it in the works..... :-) I've read about the roller job with the same paint, sounds like a lot of work but I hear the results can be amazing. I sprayed mine with a cheap Princess Auto sprayer and a cheap Canadian Tire compressor. I just had to take my time so the compressor could keep up. Oh ya, and I used a water separator inline too. I wasn't too worried about the quality of the paint job because I agree with k9sar, the mud would cover it!!! But it did turn out really nice. I doubt I will be spending $300 on paint products ever again.
  2. Just added a link to a picture of it.
  3. Just thought I would share my experience with the old paint trick of using rust paint. Although the colours are limited, for a grocery getter and occasional bounce through the back 40 I'm not picky. The truck was originally tan so to not have to make a colour change on the ownership I chose "Sand". It turned out looking like a sand coloured military vehicle. I really like it. HA! I thinned out Tremclad with lacquer thinner. It took a little trial and error to get the right consistency but it sprayed on nice and turned out great. It's been about 6 months now and it is still holding up well. The nice part is that I can just use the matching spray paint off of the shelf for touch ups. http://picasaweb.google.ca/106952140359333266362/Pathfinder#
  4. Hi, I have this 95 pathfinder that I am about to revive. It has a plate inscribed "108 of 300" beside the shifter. Anyone encounter this before? What does it mean??? Thanks http://picasaweb.google.ca/106952140359333266362/Pathfinder#
