I built both of the bumpers and looked forward to using them again BUT the wife didn't like the look of the front one???
But that is ok, I have another Pathfinder project for it in the works..... :-)
I've read about the roller job with the same paint, sounds like a lot of work but I hear the results can be amazing.
I sprayed mine with a cheap Princess Auto sprayer and a cheap Canadian Tire compressor.
I just had to take my time so the compressor could keep up.
Oh ya, and I used a water separator inline too.
I wasn't too worried about the quality of the paint job because I agree with k9sar, the mud would cover it!!!
But it did turn out really nice. I doubt I will be spending $300 on paint products ever again.
