I will get on that, i have noticed however when i fill up with gas and relieve the back pressure in the fuel tank (opening the lid) the light would then go off after a few minutes of driving..

the magnaflow high flow cats i have looked at them. but from the website they are 250+.. now with all the things i want to do i can not justify paying that much, so i will just remove it, no testing whatsoever in Alberta i'm not gonna worry i understand its not very green but its definitely not gonna pollute near as much as lets say a semi truck. i am only 15 and looking for a job. spent all my money buying the truck outright not gonna pay out the ass to be green lol.

Hey, i just got my pathfinder out of the shop for spring break... did an oil change and swapped out the spark plugs, put some nice G power platinums in it. Beautiful day today so i decided to explore around the small towns of my province. drove about 250 kilometers today total everything is going fine, also filled the empty tank up with some good shell gas. So as i come back to the city the check engine light comes on. everything is still running fine and the temp looks good (right below half) so i kept driving it home, a block before my house the check engine light then turned off. I am confused hehe, is there likely anything wrong? glitch in the computer? or what. Thanks

cant put a name to the smell besides it smells bad. exhaust in cold whether is white, when its warm there is no color and its not burning any oil as far as i can tell, but burning coolant i would have no idea.

Hey, ive got a '95 XE with 265k km's.... dang the exhaust smell is terrible! i generally love the scent of fumes because they usually smell like gasoline witch smells good.... but this aint smelling like any gasoline to me! So is this normal? Any problem? anything i can do about it? Thanks! my pathy btw

thanks, im not down for a snorkel, but yeah i found lots on ebay. i think its impossible for them to make the engine have less horsepower >.> cause its suppose to increase airflow. ones im looking at look really good and advertise 7-15hp increase

Hey guys, i actually picked it up today!!!! Its really solid, almost no rust, 265k km's and heres a video!! 5spd manual transmission 3.0L motor Timing belt has not been changed, i dont know if im up for the job, my mechanic neighbor said "dont look at me"

yeah ill be checking the frame out. There are no rust spots randomly amongst the vehicle, the only rust on the body is near the wheel wells and there isn't much. On another note, the plastic/rubber or w/e it is that goes arround the windows i geuss theyd be called window seals? are peeling on some of the windows, is there an easy fix? or is it cheap to buy the seals and easy to put it back on the truck?

Alright thanks guys! if the guy doesn't know if it has been changed, or if it needs to be changed, i will get the timing belt kit with the tensioner. My dad says he changed the timing belt in his 69 mustang and has a general idea on how to do it aswell! BTW im dieing here waiting for my pathfinder. its a 5spd manual btw :) :) :)

Alrighty thanks! My neighbor is a mechanic, im sure me and him could work together on most repairs if a timing belt is needed how much like, 10 dollars? 50 dollars 100 dollars? Good to know! I want it to last! they are nice machines!

Hey guys! got myself my first vehicle, a 1995 Nissan Pathfinder. Now I just love the body shape of the 95`s and just everything about them. Would like to know what you guys think of it. I think i did pay allot for it. Paid $3800 Has 265k kilometers. Rust is very minor :)and in general good condition! Its not in my hands until Tuesday, so ill show you guys pics from the seller! Interior is immaculate. My main concern tho, is the reliability of early japanese vehicles. How long will this pathy last, im not made of money i am only 15!!
