  1. Ok... I have a 95 XE... It did'nt come with a external spare tire carrier on the back and I would like to put one on... I've been getiing some yes's and some no's.. Does anyone know for sure if this truck has the reinforcement to hold one of those or any suggestions on how to find out.... Except for the hard way
  2. Its actually made by Dupli-Color and its vinyl and fabric spray
  3. Go to any autozone and pick up a vinyl and upholstrey spray paint.... It works wonders

  5. Hey Slick.. since your in CA maybe you can help me with this... Do you have headers and if so which ones...I've been looking and some say they won't meet the CA emissions req... And some don't say anything about it... The thorleys seem to be the popular item but will i have any issues with emissions
  6. I had a very similar problem(maybe not so severe) when I bought my 95... The shift into 2nd seemed a bit rough to me and I thought maybe its just cause I've been driving a 5 spd for so long I've forgotten how autos work.. and on the highway going 70-75 my RPM's were at about 5500...NOT GOOD So I took it to a tranny specialist and all it turned out to be for me was my cruise control cable clip was off set..and it screwed up the vacuum.... A very simple fix... Hopefully very simple for you too.. Hope this helps
  7. I've learned more by just posting this question than all my research and reading on the internet... All seems to be vital info to get my Pathy where I want it to be... \\\From what I'm hearing a 3" lift is possibly a bad idea So I think I'll just stick to upgrades in the suspension and steering  Anyway got a friend of a friend who owns a muffler shop so looking forward to them trickin the exhaust out right... And I'll definately take this advice to them But in the meantime I'll keep up my research here for the tricks of the Pathfinder -study- P.S In LA Slick.. how about you?
  8. Thanks for the help... One more thing... What options do I have for the rear springs
  9. Thanks for the ideas on the cost.. I'm also in CA so it sounds about right... This is gonna get expensive....But well worth it I'm sure
  10. what is it that can be adjusted to raise or lower the front end of these pahtfinders...and is it even possible with the XE model?
