  1. Could be a strut bushing. There have been several threads here about the same thing.
  2. Unless your bolts are pitted or worn I would use them again. Just pull the ties off and let them extend. You can move the shock up or down by hand to line them up. Install the top first and then push the bottem up to line it up or pull it down if that is what you need.
  3. I did this on my 03 but I used 3 spacers stacked. You'll need that many to get the 1" you want. I used 3/8"x2 1/2" grade 8 bolts. I have the OME lift and have not had any bottoming issues but I don't think my lift is as tall as yours is. I would put manual lockouts on to keep from wearing out your cv joint's. I did and it helped me get anoyher mile or two in gas milage.
  4. Thanks for all the replies,I think I'll try the 32x10.5. My OME lift seems to be a lot less than the AC lift so we'll see what happens.
  5. Thanks, looks good. If you could get a front view showing how your tire sticks out from the flare that would be great. I think your flares are wider than the ones on my 03 but it will give me a better idea.
  6. Thanks, is there any way you could post a front and side pic for me?
  7. Thanks I'll take a look. Anyone have an idea on tire size? I will probably have the tire shop mount one anyway but I thought if someone had a simular set up they could give me an idea of what to go for.
  8. They fit up front so I 'm guessing they will fit in the back. I don't think the drums are any bigger than the disks?
  9. I just got a set of 15x8 rims to replace the 17" rims I have on my 03 pathfinder. They have a 3.5" back spacing and I have an OME 2" lift with about 1" spacer on top of that. What do you think is the bigggest tire I can get away with. I'm thinking a 32x9.5 because I don't want them to stick out to far. I think with the 3.5" back space a 10.5 might stick out to far? Also if I put on the 15's will I get a constant tire low light from changing over. I'm guessing the sensors are in the wheels?
  10. I've seen this a couple of times on the local craigslist. I have an email into him about doing bumpers for our pathfinders. Anyone interested? Here is the link. http://sfbay.craigslist.org/nby/pts/222145562.html
  11. The spacers from Rocky Road are only about 5/16" thick so you will have to stack 3 of them to get what you want. I did it and have no regrets.
  12. Jarsiff, Here is my wheel modified to slide over my locking hubs. I think you have a differant wheel?I just got a set of 15" wheels that I am going to put 31 or 32's on and then I'll sell these.
  13. I've got 245x65 17's. I have a set of 15" rims on their way and i'm hoping to put 32's on. My measurement from center hub to the wheel well is about 21 5/8".
  14. I have 34 1/2" from level ground to the bottom of my wheel well up front.
  15. I would do the spacers and the hubs at the same time. There are differing thoughts on wether there is to much wear on the cv joints with the lift and spacers but I would do the hubs to be on the safe side. It gives you a couple of miles per gallon also.
  16. I would add a 3/4" to 1" spacer up front and then put locking hubs on. It will level out your ride and give you a little bit more clearance up front.
  17. I have the heavy ome springs on my 03 that I put on about 2 months ago. If you want I can take a measurement and you can compare to what you have now?
  18. Thats my 03 and I don't have a cap over my lugs on my wheels (the lugs are exposed) I have a small cap in the center and the lip it attatches to had to be ground down in order to get the wheel to slip over the hubs. I f you want I can post the pics.
  19. I stacked three of the 5/16" from Rocky Road. I think you would be safe with three of tmorgan's. I have the OME heavy springs up font and it sit pretty level.
  20. MichiganAve, Just some extra info. I just put hubs on my 03 pathfinder and I have the same dial select system you have and I have not seen a light. Your's is the Knob dial only right?
  21. $19 and 5/16" thick on the R.R. spacers. I think when you add these spacers it throws the camber off I have been driving mine around for about two months now and It has not settled enough to correct it. So after I get back from vacation I am going to get it aligned. I have the correcting bolts from A.C. so I just need to get it done.
  22. You coudn't have gotten them done sooner could you Anyway rocky roads are $19 and I got three sets to do my leveling on my OME lift. So if you are doing the standard 2" lift I would say three of the 3/8 would do the trick also.
