They will, fit, but there will be rubbing. If I were you, I would go with the 32's and a 3.75-4" backspace rim.

I'm happy to see someone that actually did some research before going out and buying a tank. That looks like its well on its way to becoming a very impressive tank. Remember to buy your LR from a reliable source (not ebay) and if you go with the clown route, they only need about 3 gallons of fish, and flourish much better in pairs and trios.

I'm not really sure what you're pointing at, but here, use my picture:
The plastic piece you are missing is called the fender trim. It's actually pretty expensive from the dealer. I ended up doing without one of my bumper sliders and it's just fine.

Huh? Lifting it won't increase the clearance between the tire and the spring. That's purely a function of tire size, wheel width and wheel offset. Since gap between the spring and tire shoulder never changes as the suspension moves, 2" is more than enough clearance.
Thanks for that info. It looks almost as if the spring could compress and rub the tire, but I guess not.

It looks like you have it pretty well under control. Are you doing the lift yourself or are you having a shop do it?

I stuck 31's on mine with the stock SE rims. The clearance between the the tire and the spring makes me a little nervous (about 2"), but I will be lifting it soon.

Yep, although they are a good deal longer than the stockies, they are short enough to fit in the same place.

As far as driving offroad goes, it's all preferance. I happen to like my manual with a thumb throttle, however others prefer the ease of an auto.

I think you are looking for something like some OME springs. They provide minimal lift (1.75" I believe), but there will be very, very little sag with the medium coils in the back. It's about $240 shipped for the set of 4 springs, which is a VERY good deal.
