But how did you bring the wires down from the roof? is i the hole on the roof on the passenger side. Im just wondering whats the best way since I know some of you wired it they way you did because you had seats/carpet/dash etc in the way but mines completely bare. So im guessing... -Wire all the lights and pass em into 1 conduit by making a small hole in the roof. -Bring it down along the passenger side door frame. -It will then join the main conduit on the floor.... -Go up behind where my dash is.... Then here I somewhat get lost on where to bring it.. Ive dont alot of electricity in school but for a car im just not sure where to put the power from and Ive heard to many stories how bad wiring in a car really causes trouble. -I also want to make where my astray the light switch control panel... not sure theres room anywhere else? Any of you place your switches somewhere else cause thats the only place I can think of. I also want to wire it in a way so that when I hit 1 switch it opens the 2 exterior lights... and when i hit a nother switch it opens the 2 interior ones....

Ya I had to remove the insolation that sound proofs the trunk to fix the peice around. Im going to replace with ZRC and some gravel guard... It will completely seal it. Then im going to use stainless steal self tapping screws to put my new gas plate for the trunk and silicone it so if I have to access its easy.

Hey guys I got my roof lights but they didnt come with instructions. Just thinking now that I got all my dash out etc what would be the best way of wiring. I have researched it and so far the best way i see is to connect it with the accesories so the lights cant stay on if the keys arent in but out of all your expericences whats the best way to approach this? Do you mean rusting from the inside out? cause if you do its already been inspected. I would have not done this project if my frame was in bad condition. This is the first thing I got checked. And even in the pathy second series the first couple of models untill 94 did not have problems with rusty frames. My friend with a 94 has a mint body but rust holes in his frame.... Anyhow im not 100% sure its all of them buy i remember readin a post about it on these forums I beleive.

My chassis actually has almost no rust on it. Most of what you see is grease that was applied for the winter months... I Have no holes and no bad rust sports on the whole thing. Thanks Jay

Alright new pics are up and movie. Everything is moving along very well. The whole floor board for driver and passenger side is being replaced.... found the whole peice brand new very cheap so Im going to have a new floor which im coating with ZRC then debating on which black coat to use. Alright here are the lights I CHOSe lol for my roof and front...Got 6 of these. Here is my bar for the front of the truck with lights: This attaches to your front license plate clip with 2 lights on it... untill I get a pushbar. Here is possible lights ill have on my hood: see that lamp panel on the top of the Liberty with 4 lamps jutting out? We have one of those for your hood and it has larger lamps:

nope actually I got sponsored by www.blinglights.com. They are helping by adding lights, pushbar etc. They truely beleive in the project. You guys might find it hard to beleive but in a rebuild that myself and 2 others I know very well are doing it th price will not change no matter what. He is rebuilding the truck basically at cost and not charging labour, so hard to beleive? Friends are around for a reason and they saw my truck as the perfect project for it had quote " my name written all over it" and they wanted it to look good for it. Im sorry for the earlier comments just having a bad day and another put down on the project... well i saw it as that... just pushed me a bit over the edge. I retract my comment, I know you are all here trying to help me... and I do ask to much... just my character I guess. Scared ill make the wrong decision on a peice and regret it later. Well so far this is the only forum im getting bashed at about the project. Others are helping me find sponsors and give me ideas on how to approve my truck while ripping apart. Thank you runnerman! This is called a project for a reason. A Rebuild is a rebuild for a reason.... I wouldnt call it a complete rebuild if all I had to do was add off roading mods now would I? lol I got to get my baby in tip top shape and my time and labour will do it properly. And if it cost me 3000$ to get some help while doing it why not? Concidering i paid 650$cdn for the thing... it comes out to the same thing as buying a better truck cept mine gurantees new peices/parts Jay

Oh I know i get annoying with questions but by no means em I rich. I bought this truck before x-mas and have been saving up since then to be able to repair it. ANd no i dont just get what I paid for.... I know the owners so im getting good deals... is it that hard to beleive? can you guys not get that through your heads???? like really grow up a bit.... christ im 18 and im not as big as a baby compared to some of you guys on here. Ok well just to get this clear, I know alot of you are getting fustrated with me. Its not that I havent done research, I just want my truck to be 100% perfect lol. Ive been researching for months on how I want to fix it but I dont have the experience to know much... my first car. Id rather not spend money on @!*%... or something thats not going to suit my needs. IM sorry for all the questions but I just want this truck going perfectly... Looking around now and I saw other lights im interested in... HID seem to be very expensive... but if you guys dont mind to those who are bored and really dont mind taking a look.... Check this site out and let me know which lights you think would be best... Im ordering from him 100% so it has to be from this site... CHECK LIGHTS HERE Thanks alot
