uhh Im in Montreal, Quebec.

Hey guys my rocker panels are pretty much rusted through... any suggestions on how to hack at this? Or is it best to bring to a body shop. I heard is very expensive to bring to a body shop to fix this particular part. The guy that owned the truck before sprayed foam-on-foam all over the damn thing :oops: hardly a temporary fix at all... all it did was make it messy and help keep humidity and condesation inside the rust...gahh... Also i got some floor boards to replace...any suggestions on that? Thanks Jason

Alright well today I had to go to the last place I wanted to be to buy a part....the dealership buahaha lol :help: Anyhow On the back of my winshield whipper between the trunk and the whipper arm theres a rubber sealent...I called everywhere to find it and no one had it...my peice had dried up and cracked due to it being 15 years old lolIt fell off basically when i was replacing the back windshield whipper motor. Anyhow back to the story... it ended up costing me 29.37$ for that stupid little peice...it came with the bolt and a washer...useless to me... But really 30$ for a stupid little rubber peice. ANyhow my point is does anyone know some good canadian shops that can supply me with aftermarket parts...like doorpanels,fenders, bumpers,lights etc... or some cheap american places close to the canadian border so shipping isnt killer. If I rip out all the carpet in my truck to replace with new stuff what kind of insulation do you guys recomend?

Hey guys... looking for a cheap method of replacing my trunk carpet... dont want carped again...prefer something easy to clean... any Ideas?? if so how would i go about removing the carpet since its attached to the back seats and how would i install this new material?

I lifted the hood and was snooping around and found this little tube disconnected from the air intake... The rubbed seemed to have cracked... used some electrical tape for the mean time... and my gas milage is back to normal... weird... anyone know what little tube im talking about? Thanks Jason

Hey guys, yesterday I filled my tank up to full and even over... Usualy I get about 75 km extra when I overfill the tank... Now today I did less than 100km and my gas is at 3/4....never did this before... any idea why it could be sucking so much gas.... Thanks Jason

Hey guys, today I went to start the old pathy up...snowed all day and my blower fan was making a very very loud noise. It only stopped after I stopped the car for awhile and restarted it (1hr..went to get coffeee with the gf), then it purred like a kitty again. Is it just snow hitting the fan or something? Thanks P.S. This is not the first time it does this...did it sometimes in the summer too.

Alright i guess i should explain a bit more... Im not stopping to work on my truck...i love it to death... its my frist and by all means my only car for awhile. Second of all the manuals are not bogus, if ya read my forums at all...ive been having issues getting the software my friend gave me to work on my computer... they are coming...patience please. Third I own my own webhosting company, game server company, voice come company, shoutcast company, dedicated server company and some other small projects on the web so DJ DANK please do not accuse me of being a cheap ass. I em like the rest of you, I too have made my place here. Ive found info beyond beleif hehe. Let me explain why I opened the site. I opened the site so that some can respond to some more personal issues...that I have with my pathy and that I can keep a log of everything I have done and all the advice I have gotten. My goal was to get all those who have helped me a little something at the end of the project. What discouraged me is that only some post and the rest just want free manuals. I have no problem with giving the manuals out once i get the damn things working lmao... but I did expect a couple more comments etc... The only comments i seemed to get was by some immature kid calling me a *** in just about every post i put on my forums.hehe Anyhow I did not mean to offent any of you, nor did I want you to transfer into my forums. I to em very busy for I em a full time student with only 4 weeks off in 2 years...in a advanced course on refrigeration mechanics and I run www.m-e-tech.com when I get home, and I have my house to take care of and my gf to pay attention to lol. Now I hope all of you can forgive me for giving off the wrong impression... Im going to keep the site up for I can now see some care...while others done... but the few that do have encouraged me. Thank you guys for everything, you will continue to see me on this forum posting away and getting advice if thats alright with the bunch of ya Hopefully by next year I will be planning an offroading tour in quebecs snowy mountains... fun to play in the mud? Hey guys, my 91 pathy, 4 door xe, is making some weird noises. It whines as I go faster. I opened the hood and checked her out but didnt really notice anything, some noise coming from the enginer where the fan goes in....Seems to get worse as I accelerate...but yet theres no difference in driving performance...but im scared there might be in the future. Let me know if you can help me out...

Ya I Have a Huge one... I work in refrigeration so I build my own compressor unit... its nuts but anyway... why not just pick one up at a Canadian tire or some sort of store like that.... much cheaper and same thing.

Guys kind of new to this, but why do you need an air compressor? Sorry if it sounds stupid but im still learning lol :help:

Well they only go on when u flip it open to turn the lights on if you noticed... so it just looks cool at the beginning lol

I Want to create a custom toolbox for when I get my lights installed... going to put it where my ashtray is...Anyone think these would look sweet??
