Lol, my rear muffler completely disconnected today due to rust. No real change in exhaust note, only reason I noticed was due to the think knocking around.

After that misadventure, I noticed a clunk in the front end, ended up being the right side CV axle, so I replaced both of them to be safe. All went well for a few weeks until i had to stop real hard trying to not fly off a gravel corner (I ended up leaving the road). The rear brake line finally gave out after being rusted into oblivion for 16 years. So we initially started to fix it, but ended up taking it to a shop that had the necessary tools to make brake line. I'm pretty sure that the 1 previous owner only used it during the winter, hence all the rust.

I put 100W halogens in my fogs and theyre actually useful now. If you put the 100W or 130W bulbs in there then make sure you aim them correctly. I had to cut off a tab that was on the bulb's metal base.

For posterity, the regulator was most certainly replaced and in working order. The short on the circuit is related to my most recent post, oh joy. I also gave up on getting the damn connector out and cut the wires (whoops). Turns out it was impossible anyway since it needed to be pressed down from the rear with a flathead, which I didn't have room to do since the power wires had no slack. Got it out, added some "extensions" to the 12V and ground wires in case I need to get it out again, and had another whiskey.

I like Great Mistake, hadn't heard that one. We're pretty sure the "LS" trim badge is short for "Leaking Something."
