Sorry for my absence around here guys. I have to drive to town and sit at an internet cafe in order for me to get online. It was $6 an hour but luckily there's a free network that I can connect to while sitting at the cafe.

 

Anyways, sorry to hear that you got sniped. Maybe one of these days I should do a write-up on it if I can remember the exact process. The only thing I remember having to buy are longer bolts after you remove all 4 end caps off the rails to accommodate the height of the 03+ SE rack end caps.
