Lift Kit requirements?

Just bought a 94 5spd 4x4. I'm thinking of doing a 3in body lift kit and was curious the pros and cons of doing a body lift kit. I rarely go offroad and am mainly doing it to give the pathy a more demanding stance. I would also like to know other items that would be needed to go along with the lift kit. Things like extended brake lines, radiator drop downs etc... I'm brand new to the forum and work as a professional mechanic in a Lexus dealership. I'm very open to suggestions and ideas. Thanks much!!

I believe most kits come with all the stuff you need. The brackets for the front bumper aren't that good, but the rest of the kit is pretty standard. Use the search function at the top of the screen and you'll get all the info you need. I've put one on my old Wrangler and its more of a time-consuming PITA than difficult job. Spray everything with PB Blaster a few times before you start, though.

Good luck. :aok:
