Just a couple of questions

K now i got a few dollars to mess around with my questions are as follows.

 

1.) I want to do a 3 inch body lift on my 87 Automatic 4x4 "Most companys say that it cant be done on an auto" Is this true? If not can someone refer me to a place to buy the kit.

 

2.) I am buying a 3 inch suspension lift aswell from Calmini has anyone had any experiance with them?

 

3.)I have a set of 33x12.5x15 BFG Mudd Terrains sitting in the garage, after both lifts are installed "6 INCHES TOTAL" will these tires fit on the pathy rims, "with enough clearance"

1) No that isn't true. Body lifts work with both autos and manuals.

 

2) I don't have any personal experiance with them, but a lot of people on this as well as other boards have only bad things to say about the quality of their parts and customer service. I'd also suggest buying Rough Country UCA's and doing the JGC spring rear lift as it will save you A LOT of money.

 

3) Yes 33's will fit with 3"+3" of lift. Some trimming to the fenders will be probably be neccesary however. Also I don't think they will work with the stock pathy rims, I don't think they have enough backspacing and might not be wide enough to fit a 12.5" tire.

1. It will work fine, mine is an auto and I have a 3" BL.

 

2. Best you can buy. Most expensive you can buy, too. If you're looking to save some bucks, let us know. There are other options.

 

3. You'll probably have to get new/different wheels for the added tire width.

 

4. Be prepared to spend more on steering upgrades, stock steering will last about a week with 33x12.50's on it if you have no upgrades.
