2 front windows roll up/down slow back are fine an

the two front windows roll up and down very slow,at first i thought i may have been the battery , but everything else works fine and the back windows roll up and down real fast compared to the front one , im not sure what to do or what it is , i just dont think its normal the way it goes up or down, if anyone has any suggestions on what it is please let me know, ty

thank you so much guys, that really helped me out, i thought it was a major problem like motor or battery, luv this website, i been looking for a while for a good pathfinder site with alot of visitors ,thanks once again
