96pathse Posted September 6, 2005 Share Posted September 6, 2005 is it worth it to replace with oem or is there a custom muffler for the pathy. it needs to be replace from front of truck to the back. any ideas or suggestions?? i saw the oem replacement on ebay for 270.00 shipped. wheelmanLS1 Posted September 7, 2005 Share Posted September 7, 2005 (edited) When you say front of the truck to the back, are you including the exhaust manifolds and catalytic converter or just the muffler? You might as well go aftermarket for cheaper and it will sound better anyways. There is no Pathfinder-specific aftermarket muffler, but there are numerous generic-fit mufflers to choose from.
