gabod7
Hey, somehow my power window on my passenger side wont work! its stuck down and theres a ton on rain on the way. even the track is stuck down and i cant pull the window up. i took off the door panel and check to see if there was power. the line into the switch is hot, but thats it. none of the others have any power. do any of yall have any clue ? this happened to anybody else? thanks! i got an 80's model king cab hardbody in the back yard, but im not sure if theres anything off that truck that might help, it'd be awesome if the doors were interchangeable. Simon
In my 95, it was only 2 screws that mounted the window to the track. After that, you can just push the window into place, and shim it with something. Paint stir sticks did the trick for me. The problem, again, in my 95, was a circuit breaker in the drivers side kick panel that had rotted, and I wasn't getting a power past any of my switches for my windows. I don't know how the 88's are wired, but maybe something similar? Good luck
