Lock mechanism....

95 SE. New problem started to occur. When I unlock my doors with my remote, the drivers side door lock peg does not come completely up. Though the door unlocks, it is obvious that soemthing did not work completely. I can easily pull the lock the rest of the way up. Problem is, if it's in it's half-assed position and I slam the door, it'll be enough to lock all the doors. I've read about the dreaded yellow thingie but is that only for the pre-90's pathys? Sound like the same thing?

Same thing. Either your lock actuator is getting weak on that side or the linkage needs attention. Open up your door panel and eyeball it to see.
